3M and HyperActive Technologies Alliance Offers QSR Industry The Total Drive-Thru Solution
3M and HyperActive Technologies announced they have formed an alliance to bring a new paradigm of drive-thru technology to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
The alliance combines a suite of components including the 3M Wireless Communications System XT-1, known for its superior sound clarity and smart technology, with HyperActive Technologies’Drive-Thru Order Confirmation Board, HyperView, and the company’s drive-thru management solution, QTimer. HyperActive Technologies’ solutions are the only solutions of their kind to provide real-time, speed-of-service reporting and service metrics, and centralized, enterprise-level store management to enable significant performance improvements.
The partnership between the two companies is designed to help improve QSRs’ speed, accuracy and employee productivity for orders placed in their drive-thru lanes. Restaurants will be able to have all their drive-thru technology needs addressed through 3M since the company will not only represent its own products in the marketplace but HyperActive Technologies’ line of offerings as well, making 3M a single point of contact for restaurant managers on everything from orders to installation and service.

3M™ Wired Communication System Model D2400 This intercom system is expandable up to 24 call stations and allows you to create the right size system for your store. Ideal for convenience store or food service operations.
3M™ Wired Communication Systems Model D20 This intercom system can support up to six (6) call station application for gas pump islands, menu boards, loading docks, check-out counters, service bays, offices, retail aisles and more.

3M™ Loop Detector, Internal, Magnetic Plug in module for use with 3M™ Model XT-1 Wireless Communication System. This loop detector enables notification of vehicle arrival. Used for measurement of multiple points in the drive-thru in conjunction with timer systems.
3M™ Loop Detector, External The loop detector is mounted in a separate enclosure. Used for any intercom system with magnetic loop vehicle detection. Requires magnetic loop.
3M™ Greeter, Advanced, G3 Use with Model XT-1. This audio greeter provides advanced messaging/greeter options. Provides the ability for consistent, friendly customer greeting and customizable promotional messaging.
3M™ Greeter, External, A300 This audio greeter is designed to be used with a drive-thru intercom system to enhance customer service. The system plays pre-recorded messages when activated manually or automatically by a vehicle detector. Can be used with all intercom drive-thru systems.

If the 3M intercom product does not conform to this warranty, the sole and exclusive remedy is, at 3M’s option, repair or replacement of the 3M product or refund of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover: (1) the cost of shipping products to or from 3M for repair, (2) repair or replacement of existing cable or wiring, (3) product failure caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unapproved modifications, or (4) intercom products that are installed or serviced by a non-3M authorized party.
